Some days ago we posted some photos of Akshay Kumar shooting an action scene. We assumed Akshay was shooting for Khatron Ke Khiladi 4 promo in Bangkok thanks to some reliable sources. We've got an official confirmation now. Colors TV is showing the first KKK 4 promo these days. It doesn't mention any host but you can audibly hear Akshay Kumar's laugh in it. It's safe to say Akshay Kumar is confirmed as KKK 4's host.
